SR Medical Services was founded by Susan Reyes, MD in 2009. She began her practice specifically to serve those in Knoxville who had difficulty making it to their primary care provider.
Dr. Reyes now employs a team of Nurse Practitioners who work under her supervision and share her passion for convenient patient care. SR Med has grown to serve the greater East Tennessee area and is also home to a Family Primary Care Clinic in Harriman, TN.

MOBILE PRIMARY CARE
We bring care to those who are in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Adult Day Care, or a private home. Mobile Primary Care is covered by most insurances.
Services included with Mobile Primary Care: On-call Care Team 24/7, 365 days a year; Mobile Lab Work & Urinalysis; Mobile X-Ray; Prescription Fills; Podiatry Care; & Referrals to specialists when needed.
SR Medical Services provides more than just primary care.
Our team provides Telemedicine, Advanced Care Planning, Acute Care Management, Transitional Care Management, and Chronic Care Management; all delivered by Certified Nurse Practitioners under the supervision of a Medical Doctor.
